Installation problem: Outlook & Publisher won't work!

Help! I just installed my Office SB-1 onto my computer
(with Windows XP) and both Outlook and Publisher appear
but won't let me access. In Outlook I can open it and
view my inbox but the application just locks up and beeps
every time I mouse click on something - same with
Publisher. Word and Excel work fine.

I've tried re-installing but that doesn't work either!
