Installation Problem

I recently purchased a copy of Office 2003 and when I go to install it, it
gives me a message saying that The installation source for this product is
not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.
Help anyone????

What OS are you trying to install it on? Did you clean the CD to ensure that scratches are not the problem?
