Hi Bob,
Installing MS Office 2003 shouldn't uninstall the
MS Works or MS Works Suite (except for Word 2002)
on the PC and you shouldn't need to uninstall
Office 2003 or FrontPage 2003 to install Works.
Depending on your version of MS Works Excel 2003
and Word 2003 should be able to convert their Works
counterpart files, but data base files (WDB) aren't
supported except as mailmerge source files and then
only if there are no calculated fields in the database.
To use those in MS Access you'd need to be in Works
and save in CSV or DBF format.
===========
I installed Office 2003 on a machine (Windows XP) which
had Works already installed. Apparently this removes
Works. Are there Office equivalents to access the Works
data files of must I truly un-install Office 2003 (and
Front Page 2003) and then re-install Works? >>

Hope that helps,
Bob Buckland ?
