Installing Front Page 2002

I am a novice OFFICE worker. I have XP on my machine. I
recently purchased Front Page 2002 and am unable to
install it.

The error I get is: "Failed to locate a valid qualifying
product on your machine." There is nothing on the
product that suggest it is an upgrade. It reads:
Version 2002.

Why am I getting the error?

Carefully read the CD or Box - it must be an upgrade if it is asking that
- return it to the store for a full version
