Installing in Multiuser Enviroment

I having problems installing Office 2003 on a multiuser enviroment. I do the
installation logged as the Administrator and everything runs fine, all the
apps work just fine. However, when I try running any of the apps logged as a
user the installation dialog starts to run. I have tried reinstalling it
again, but nothing work. Is there something I could do to avoid this
behaviour?

Interesting problem, I have exactly the same problem with xp 2002 and have
noticed it being a problem, back to office 200, I have tried various
suggetsed solutions but cant get it to work, so I have gone to openoffice
