Installing OEM Office 2003 over Office 2000

Hi. I would like to sell my present Office 2000 (full - not an upgrade) and
replace it with a (full) Office 2003. Is there anything I need to be aware
of re: transferring of license?

Also, do I install 2003 right over the 2000, or should I uninstall 2000
first? (I'd like to keep my present settings.)

I know that if you uninstall 2000 and reinstall 2000, your settings remain.
Ergo, they MIGHT remain if you do likewise with 2003.
However, if you install 2003, you should have the option to remove previous
versions. Don't know about what OEM will do though. You can try, to see what
you can get; you can always hit cancel before actually installing...
