Installing Office 2007 over Office 2003

I have Windows XP 2ed and have Office 2003 on it. I got Office 2007 and am
wondering if it is better to uninstall 2003 and then install 2007, or if I
should just upgrade (assuming that is an option). If so (that installing
over 2003 is an option), then how should I do it...just run the installation
and let it upgrade over the 2003, or is there another preferred way to do
it?
