Installing Office 2007

Hi

I am using Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2. I wish to install Office
2007 on my PC but already have Word 2002 and Works 7.

For reasons of compatability with my partner's networked laptop I would like
to keep these on my PC.

If I install Office 2007, am I likely to have any problems or conflicts
between the two?

Well you don't need to worry about compatibility between Word 2002 and
Word 2007 - 2007 can open 2002 docs and 2007 can be set to default to
the 97-2003 Word format. So there's no need to keep 2002 on your machine...

Gordon, I don't know how this happened but this was posted twice - see
previous entry and my latest reply.

It seems that you are suggesting that there would be no conflicts or
problems other than I remove Word 2002 and Install Word 2007.

Am I correct?
