Installing Office 95 in Windows 2000 Server

I am unable to install Office 95 in Windows 2000 server.
Getting the following error saying,

"MSSETUP.DLL not found...," In the qualified Paths.

Is office 95 supported in Windows 2000 server. What is the
work around to Install?
