Installing Office Access 2007

I'm trying to update from Access 2003 to Access 2007. The installation gets
about 90% done and I get a message: " Error 1311 - Source file not found:
D:\561401.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
Where would this 'source file' be and how can I find it so as to complete the
upgrade installation? Thanks.
