Installing Office on a MAC

I recently purchased license agreements (40) to be used for installation on brand new iMAC's and iBOOKS in a school. We installed Office on all of them. When we opened then up it says we installed a test edition good for 30 days. What did I do wrong? I do not recall being asked for a Serial Number when installing. Any help would be appreciated.

You may want to check with the folks in the Office:Mac newsgroup
(links below) on this one and include the version of Office and
MAC OS you're using.
