I'm reposting this message with a different subject...
Should I uninstall MS Office 2000 before installing Office Pro 2003?
I currently have Office 2000 Small Business installed (Word, Excel, Outlook,
and Publisher). I also have FrontPage 2002. I have other MS programs that
aren't part of office, so I suppose I needn't worry about them.
Office Pro 2003 has Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher as well as
PowerPoint
and Access.
I've got backups of all my data directories and Outlook's .pst file.
My instinct is that the install would go smoother after uninstalling the
older
version. But I'd like to know if anyone has opinions one way or the other.
Thanks.
