Installing parts of 2003 ???

I have a Win XP SP2 system that has Word 2000 installed (came with the PC
when purchased). I installed Access 2003 last year and it's running fine. A
friend gave me a Office 2003 Pro install disk that he never used and I would
like to install Word 2003 and Excel 2003 from this install disk.

Will I have any problems with install and/or activation considering what I
already have installed? The Office 2003 Pro install disk was never used, at
least according to my friend.

Provided the Office cd wasnt provided with your friends PC, ie its an OEM
copy, it should enstall fine
& that it has the origonal keys/certificate
