Installing Problem

When installing Publisher 2002 I get the following
message;
"CRC failed in Microsoft Publisher XP 2002\Publisher
XP\Files\OSP\1033\Files\Windows\Help\OSP.HLP"
Unexpected end of archive.

Can anyone help me overcome this problem please.
