Installing Project 2002

I'm having problems installing Project Server 2002. When
I try to install it and when it's about to finish, it
starts to roll back the instllation. Basically I have the
same problem described on the Article #328959. But I'm
unable to get the hotfix.

Does anyone has this hotfix?

hotfixes can be obtained only from Microsoft support. There is no charge for
support calls related to hotfixes.

I got the patch for Project Server but I still have the
same problem. Do you have another idea what it could be?

Alberto:

It could be a lot of things. Perhaps something in the way you install the
operating system. Maybe the account you're using to install isn't a member
of the Local Admin group. Perhaps your SQL Server is not configured
correctly.
