Installing Project Server 2003 with existing database

I am moving our Project Server to a different machine. During installation I
have designated the database server address but when I enter the database
account information I receive an error "The user name and password is not
allowed to log on to the server" I am using local machine accounts that are
listed as MSProject Server Roles. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It is asking for a sql authenticated account that has MSProject Server role
and MSprojectUser role.

Not a local account try that

I actually had to create two new sql accounts instead of using local accounts
with the required roles.
