Depending on the version, Office XP can only be installed on one desktop and
one portable, used by the same person but not simulaneously.
If it is a Students and Teachers edition, it can be installed on only one
computer, irrespective of the type.
If it is an academic version, I do not know
If it is an OEM version, it is tied to the computer on which it came and
cannot be transferred.
