Installing

I have a copy of Outlook on a CD that came with my
Toshiba Pocket PC. I installed it on an older computer
and it worked fine. Now when I try to install it on a
new E-machines lapotop, I get the "Error 1933: Window
Installer Service cannot update one or more protected
Windows files."

Can anybody help?
