installng Project 2002 server failure

Hi all
On running the install wizard for Project Server 2002 I
get to the 4th step where It asks for "Create new
database or name an existing one" and also asks for the
Database Server name. I selected create new database and
give it name. At the screen bottom its asks for "Connect
Using" Windows or SQL authentication. I select windows.
and hit next, and this is where falls over. The error
message is that I don't have SecurityAdmin or DBCreator
permissions. I'm administrator on the W2K server and in
SQL 2000 server. Am I doing it wrong?

Any one met this little gem before?

TIA
johnb

The account you're logged in with should be a member of the local
administrator's group on the SQL machine. Using the built-in SA account for
this is a trouble-free strategy as well.
