Interactive Calendar for Bookings

I wish to create an interactive page in Frontpage 2002 and 2003 versions
where a visitor can see whether we have available days in our B & B by
selecting a specific date.
I do not want them to see anything other than are we available or not. Then
they can request a specific date if its available.
How do I achieve this within the programs ? Do I have to get an add in? Or
is there some prepared script to paste in?

There's dozens of calendars developed using any and all languages but your
requirements indicate you need custom programming. More specifically, what
you want to start searching on is the following

search: reservation bed and breakfast
search: reservation hotel motel

Then repeat using the term 'software' and other keywords you pick up while
searching.

You should also go to news://macromedia.dreamweaver.appdev and ask about
reservation systems as the developers in that newsgroup get asked about this
application quite frequently.
