Interesting training topic for 10 min (only) session on MS app?

I'm looking for some advice on an interesting/different topic to train on for
a 10 minute training demo. It can be anything within the Microsoft Office
Suite.

It's a mock training session for a job interview (software trainer). So I
need something interesting which they aren't likely to have seen before. The
audience will be current trainers at the company and the training manager.

It's supposed to be my idea! I'm just not sure what to do as I only have 10
mins so it obviously needs to be concise, quick and interesting/useful. The
problem is it needs to be simple enough to get across in a very short space
of time, yet also something they have not seen before or do not know about.

If I were doing something like this, I'd pick a topic I know very well so I
could answer questions with credibility during and/or after the "training."
