Office 2000 did not come installed on my computer. I can install Disc 2 with
no problem, but every time I try to install Disc 1, it says "Internal Error
2355" and I click OK and it automatically aborts the Setup. The help articles
I found for this error message only address clicking OK after the error
message and setup continues, but then the operating system doesn't restart
correctly. This doesn't help me. I never get any further. I click OK to the
message and it aborts setup. Why can I install Disc 2 and NOT Disc 1??
