OL2000: Error Message While Installing Personal Folders

SYMPTOMS
While installing Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders
Backup, you may receive the following error message:
Installer Information
To Milly Staples
Milly the below information is what I have found on this
error this error developed when trying to import outlook
contacts into outlook 2000 I removed all of Microsoft
office by un-installing it and then tried re-installing a
new copy of Microsoft office 2000 again with no joy the
error came up again and the installer shutdown the office
install.
Internal error 2359.
When you click OK to the error message, Personal Folders
Backup Setup quits, and the setup is unsuccessful.
CAUSE
You have installed Microsoft Office to run from server or
run from CD. Personal Folders Backup will not install
under these two Office configurations.
RESOLUTION
To set up Personal Folders Backup, you must have Office
installed to "run from my computer."
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the
Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of
this article.
