INTERNET ACTIVITY MONITORING

After the history and temporart files are deleted, how can I monitor my son's
internet activity? He is smart enough to delete these files, but are they
still accessible, or do I need to install some type of tracking software?
We are using Office XP, Enternet Explorer, and MSN as the provider.
