Internet explorer red x

Hi
It seems I have the opposite problem eveyone else has. I web page used to
work with all browser - Oracle, IE, Firefox and Netscape. After the last
update all my jpg's with IE are red x's - the others are fine?
Is there a setting I may have changed in Publisher before I uploaded last
time? ON my second computer the same result with IE
