"INTERSOLV" Licensing Error for Excel 2002

Hello,

I am trying to connect to a sybase DB using excel. I can
get to the DB and login however, I get the following error:

[INTERSOLV][ODBC SQL Server driver] You are not licensed
to use this INTERSOLV ODBC driver.

I know there is a hot fix for Excel 98 but not sure if it
will work with Excel 2002...can anyone help me??
