Invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.dll

How do I troubleshoot and fix the problem at 0167:bff7b9a6?
Have re-installed Outlook, changed names of several files
to old (mapi32x.dll, mapi32.dll, etc.) and repaired
Office, and deleted tmp files in Temp folder.

What now?
