I had the same problem that lots of you guys have been
talking about. I ordered Microsoft Office Student and
Teacher Edition 2003 and it would give me the "invalid
product key" message. I fixed the problem by going to My
Computer, clicking on "add/remove programs" and
uninstalling anything that had to do with Microsoft
Office (including the free trial version) and then went
back and reinstalled the Student and Teacher Edition.
After doing this, everything worked fine. I hope this
