Open the File > Print dialog. Click the Properties button next to the
printer's name. Look through the resulting dialog (it's supplied by the
printer driver, so it's different for each printer model) for an option
called something like "flip horizontal", "mirror text", or "T shirt
printing". It might be a checkbox or button, or it could be a choice in a
dropdown. (If you still have the manual that came with the printer, look
there, too.)
Some printers can do it and others can't. Good luck!
