iPHONE, mY CALENDAR-OTHER CALENDAR UGGHH

Hello all,

Just got the new Iphone, for business reasons. My firm shares a public
calendar that pops up under "other calendars" so everyone can know where each
other are day to day. All meetings, and events are coordinated through this
calendar. Unfortunately Microsoft Exchange will only sync the "My Calendar"
to my iPhone. Is there a way to sync a differnt public calendar? Or is
there a way to get your "my calendar" and "other calendar" to automatically
sync, so the "my calendar" could be exported with the correct up to date data?

No, sorry - that's a limitation of Activesync. Heck, it's also a limitation
of Blackberry Enterprise Server. With some devices & software you can sync
additional folders to the handheld *with* a cable - but none that I know of
will do it wirelessly.

Have your IT folks check out www.diditbetter.com - Add2Exchange will sync
public & private calendar data so you can get it all in one place. It's not
super cheap nor is it uncomplicated, but it does work.
