Is Access included in Office XP?? Office 03??

I have both Office XP Small Business, and Office 2003 student/teacher edition
- and the only thing that I really need right now is Microsoft Access?!? WTF?
I have two versions of office that I purchased, and neither includes Access?!
How do I download/upgrade/add/get Access on (either) of my current versions
of Microsoft Office?!?!

Access is not included in those 2 suites. You will need to purchase Access separately or buy Office XP Professional or Office 2003 Professional
