Is it possible to add full column click lines to each day?

Is it possible to have full column lines for each day? Basically so the click
lines
for each day are extended all the way dowwn the chart.

Yes.
Right-click on the gantt area and select "gridlines" then choose minor or
major columns and format them the way you like.
