Is it possible to modify items in the open box

In Pub 2000 when you click on open and the stuff opens up on the left side is
it possible to change those. e.g look in history, My documents, desktop,
favorites, My network places. I want to either add or modify those folders.
Is it possible??

What version Windows.
If you have Windows XP, File, Open, Browse to a folder, in this dialog, click tools,
click "add to My Places."
