Is it possible to save a word doc as a jpeg file?

I have a document with text and drawings on it. It is being sent to a
publisher who apparently needs to have the text on one disc as a word doc and
the drawings on another, saved as a jpeg file as they use apple macs. I have
done whole book as a word doc!!! Can I save the drawings as a jpeg file?
It's not one of my 'save as' options in word.
