Is there a 12 month calendar with room for notes template?

[Need a calendar]

I'm looking for a calendar template that has the 12 months around the outside
with room on the inside for notes. Does such a thing exist? Thank you!

There are a lot of templates available on Microsoft's office web site.
Check there. Maybe make your own with a Word table?
