Is there a converter for Publisher 2007?

When trying to open files previously created in Publisher 2003, the message
"Publisher cannot open the file" pops up.

Did you install the service pack? If not take a look at this article:
Error message when you try to open a publication in Publisher: "Publisher cannot
open the file" or "Publisher has detected a problem"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928890/en-us

If you have Norton:

Microsoft is looking into other causes for this issue if you have installed the
service pack. You may have to uninstall it.

Thank you,
We did intstall the service pack. We have McAffee and the error message in
the lower-right corner of the error message dialog box is 1100009, not the
1100931 as mentioned in the article 928890.

The only thing I can suggest is to remove the service pack. Microsoft has been
informed about this issue.
Use the URL in the previous post that has the uninstall tool.

We removed the service pack and also made the suggested changes to the
registry.

Neither change made any difference with the original problem of not being
able to open a Publisher file created in version 2003.--

I guess we have nothing else to do except wait on a fix from Microsoft.
Thank you for your help
