Is there a faster way to hyperlink?

Just a guy

Here is my problem. I am reformatting my web site (we sell flowers)
and I have created a table to has 12 images on it. I am finding
myself having to highlight the image and surrounding text and then
navigate through my site to find the page it links to. We have
hundreds of items so I have navigating all over the place.

Using Frontpage 2003, is there a well using split pane view to where
the page I am working on is on the right and my files are displayed on
the left and then I could link them right to each other? In other
words, is there a work short key or mouse click that would allow me to
just click on the image on the right side and then grab the page it
needs to link to on the left side.

TIA

No.

But you could drag the page you are linking to from the file/folder
list onto your page in progress (design view, to the left of the
image.) This will create a link in HTML/Split view like

<a href="pagename.htm">pagename.htm</a>surrounding <image src="blah">
text

then move the </a> behind the <img> tag, and delete the text.

<a href="pagename.htm">surrounding <image src="blah"> text</a>

This may be faster than negotiating the hyperlink dialogue or guessing
the path in code view.
