microsoft project 2000 and 2002, also including the ones
that might not be in the registry yet, but can be added
manually ?

The keys which can be added manually are infinite. You can always add
another key to the registry.
I do not know of a list of keys, but you could certainly search the
registry. All the keys I have seen have project in their name somewhere.
Note that project makes use of many common office components, so there are
those as well.
