Is there a way to filter or search for specific Tag or Tags

I would like to be able to search for a spcific tag across a notebook, a
section or a page.

ie...show me all of the itmes tagged with a "<tag-type>" in this section.

Tag summary is too broad as it finds all tagged items...and the only filter
I see is "checked: vs "not-checked".
