Is there a way to put twisties in Word? To shrink sections?

I would like twisties so I can shrink sections of my document. I thought I
saw it done once but can't figure out how.

You didn't see it in Word unless Hidden text was used in some way (or you
were looking at Word's Help, which is HTML).
