Is there a way to share emails in a pool

What I would like to know is if there is a way to have an email message go to
a common place. It needs to be easily accessed but what I would like to
avoid is having many emails go to many people. I would rather 1 email go to
a common location that everyone on a list can access if they need to.
I understand rules can be used to filter the stuff out, but I would like to
save from getting certain emails at all. These emails are being generated
internally (within the company).

Thank you in advance for any advise or suggestions you may have.

Kind of impossible to say when you have posted no information whatsoever
about your internal configuration like what version of Outlook you are using
and what type of mail server.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Hi Milly, thank you for your responce. I am using Outlook 2003 but if there
is a feature in 2007 that isn't available in 03 my company might be willing
to upgrade.

As far as how its set up, I honestly don't know. We have a mail server and
I recieve about 2,000 emails aday as well as about 20 other people do. Now I
really only need to read or scan maybe 100 of them most of them are auto
generated notifications that we need to recieve for verification (or incase I
need to look back and do research).

What I would like to do is take those 1900 emails that are currently being
filtered by rules (up to the rule limit) and save them from being sent out or
recieved but also if I (or someone else) needs to do research we have access
to get the email.

Does this make sense and give a bit more info? If you have any other
questions or need more clarification please let me know and again I
appreciate any help you can offer.
