Is there a way to switch between format settings in one Word file?

Within one Word file, I will need to keep switching back and forth between
two different formats of margin and font settings, one set for my regular
writing and another set for when I use my quotes.

Is there a way in which I can set up both combinations of margins and fonts
in two different “templates†(like the different “headers†e.g.?) between
which I can toggle back and forth easily , rather than have to change the
margin and font settings each time I switch from regular writing to doing
quotes?

Thank you very much for any input!!!

In Word hit F1 (Help) and enter "style" in the search window. The option you
want is "About formatting text by using styles".

thank you!

You're welcome. I don't use styles myself because everything I do gets
formatted by someone else at the production stage so I'm not very familiar
with them. However I do know that you can sequence styles (enter "next
style" in the Help search box) and I seem to recall key combinations that
can be used to toggle between "next style" and "previous style".

Hopefully someone else will tell us what they are...
