is there an addressbook in Word?

Is there an address book in the Word processor? How do I get at it and use it?
I know that there is an address book in Outlook that is connected to
Word in some way. But we don't use Outlook at work for our email at work.
So I don't have an Outlook address book on my computer. Any insight would be
appriciated.
