Is there an option to autostart Outlook to sys try when puter boots?

Is there an option to autostart Outlook to sys try when
the computer boots? I don't see this option anywhere and
I'm surprised. If there isn't the option does anyone know
a registry tweak to do it?

Have you tried to put it in your "Startup" folder?

Yes, but it loads maximized.
