Is there any way to link seperate Visio files?

I have people working on seperate Visio files that need to be linked together
later. Is there any way to link these files or do I have to cut and paste
everything from one file to the other and then link.

Visio drawings behaviour is diferent than Excel - you cannot shift the pages
from one file to another. But you may choose one of the following options:
1. use hyperlinks: Insert>Hyperlinks...
2. copy drawings from one file to another:
a. insert a new page in the file you wish to continue working on
b. copy the drawing you need by choosing: Edit>Copy Drawing
c. paste it on the new page you have created.

the best way of working with Visio in a team - is to save all the draing
files in the same folder and direct every user to the same folder by setting
visio as follows:
Tools>Options>Advanced>File Paths
Direct the Drawings, Templates, Stencils etc.' to the shared folder.
If you do not wish to repet this action for each team member separately -
you should create a template with the desired file paths.
