My computer froze and I had to reboot my computer. I lost a very important
document. Any way to recover?
There is an autorecovery feature. Click the Office button, click Word
Options at the bottom of the menu, and select the Save tab of the
dialog. That will tell you how often Word saves, and what directory it
uses.
However, if Word didn't offer a recovery on the first restart after
the crash, there isn't likely to be anything there to recover.
