Is there away to add conditional formatting

I have a form that displays information from a table -
easy enough.

I have a couple of fields that I want to conditionally
format for the user.

I hope one will be easy enough. If the value displayed
is "4" I want it to be displayed bold and in a red
background.

If it is "1" I want it to be in a green background; and
any number in between I would like to be displayed in a
yellow background.

Have you tried using Conditional Formatting in the Format
menu? If so, what's the problem?
