Is this the right news group for Outlook Web Access questions?

I am trying to find a way to add search folders in Web Access for 'For
Follow up' and for 'unread' as I have int he real client.

No, an Exchange group would be better suited as OWA is a part of Exchange,
not Outlook.

in OE, Microsoft.public.exchange.* (news server is msnews.Microsoft.com) or
for web interface, from the Microsoft.com/exchange homepage, choose
community then the newsgroup link at the top of the page.
