Issues with opening InfoPath task forms using Outlook 2007.

I have task assigned to a user using the Sharepoint custom workflow. The
users will use the InfoPath task form to respond to the task. I have
configured the Sharepoint task list to send out an email notification to task
assignee. The task assignee opens the email using Outlook 2007, clicks on the
Edit this Task button and then the InfoPath form is opened in the reading
pane and the user performs the necessary actions in the form. This works
perfectly on one machine but on an another machine the mail is recieved by
the task assignee, and on clicking the Edit this Task button the InfoPath
form is opened in the browser.

Is there any particular configuration that i am missing. Please let me know
this is an urgent issue.
