It looks and acts like a Comment but it's not.

I inherited a Worksheet to expand upon. Every time I move the cursor
throughout the Worksheet instructions for cell completion pop up. "Enter the
current date." They look like Comments in a Text Box but they are not. Where
do I fnd them? How do I edit or delete them?
